Who we are
Knock is a trading name of Allheart Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17507374. Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].
Two roles
For contractors who apply for or use Knock, Allheart Ltd is the data controller. We collect your name, business name, email, trade, invoice volume and pilot feedback to run the pilot and contact you. Our lawful bases are your consent and our legitimate interest in running the service. For the details of your customers that you send us (name, email address, invoice number, amount, due date), you are the controller and we act as your processor. We use them only to prepare and send the reminders you approve.
Who else handles data
An AI service to draft messages, an email service to send them, and our hosting and database provider. We do not sell data. We do not use your customers' details for anything other than preparing and sending the reminders you approve.
International transfers
Our suppliers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards the law requires.
Retention
Invoice details are deleted 90 days after your pilot ends, or sooner on request. Contact details of applicants are kept for 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [CONTACT EMAIL]. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
