Terms of service
What Knock is
Knock prepares polite payment reminder emails with AI. You approve each one. Approved reminders are sent on your behalf to the customer address on the invoice, with you copied.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the invoices you send us are genuine and not disputed, that the details are accurate, and that you have the right to contact those customers. You are responsible for what you approve.
What Knock is not
Knock is not a debt collection agency, a law firm or a financial adviser. We do not guarantee that any invoice will be paid.
Pilot
The pilot is free and lasts 6 weeks. Either side can stop at any time by email. We will agree any price with you in writing before you pay anything.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us, which in the pilot is nothing.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
